WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN KOSOVO, ALBANIA, AND MACEDONIA?

Standard Shipping Kosovo: Free | 24 - 48 hours

Albania: €4.00 | 2 - 3 Business Days

Maqedoni: €5.00 | 3-5 Business Days

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Express shipping: We offer International shipping services through DHL Express Worldwide. Shipping costs start from €30, and costs are calculated based on the geographical location of the delivery address and the total weight of a parcel. International orders roughly require 3-5 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping (international): Standard shipping costs start from €5.10, and are calculated based on the geographical location of the delivery address and the total weight of the order. International orders roughly require 14-20 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.

The customer/receiver bares responsibility for all TAX and CUSTOMS CHARGES for their order. Label NUE does not handle or charge customs and duties fees upfront.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: All International Orders (not including Albania and North Macedonia), are FINAL. International Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped, otherwise, we do not refund the payment

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order is sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. Your confirmation email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us at customercare@labelnue.com and we'll be happy to assist you. 

I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience! 

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

If after contacting the post office of your country you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at customercare@labelnue.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
